Dr. Jack M. Kartush

Dr. Kartush graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He performed a two-year general surgical residency at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, followed by a four-year residency in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at the University of Michigan. He served a fellowship training in otology and neurotology at the same University. He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery.

Dr. Kartush currently holds the position of Clinical Professor of the Department of Otolaryngology at the Wayne State University, Detroit, MI. In addition, he is President of the Michigan Ear Institute. He also serves as Medical Director of Otology and Neurotology at the Providence Hospital, Southfield, MI.

Dr. Kartush is a pioneer in his specialty having invented numerous medical devices used nationally and internationally to make surgery safer and more effective. He has lectured extensively. He has made presentations at over 100 meetings around the world. He was chosen to be included in The Best Doctors in America, the Top Doc's - Best Doctors in Michigan and the Best Doctors in The Midwest. He is internationally known for his expertise of acoustic tumors, facial paralysis, ear infections, hearing loss and dizziness. He is President of the American Neurotology Society and the President of the American Society of Neurophysiologic Monitoring. He has a large editorial activity as a Reviewer for many scientific journals.
