Dr. Kotecha Narendra M. - Urology / Urologia e Andrologia

Dr. Kotecha received his M.D. in 1967. He afterwards served his internship at St. Vincent's Hospital, New York, from 1967 to 1968. He performed his General Surgery Residency, from 1968 to 1970. He then served his Urology Residency at Misericordia-Fordham Hospital in New York, from 1970 to 1973. He was in practice in Shawnee, Oklahoma from 1973 to 1985 and has been in practice in New York since 1985. He has a large clinical experience.

Dr. Kotecha has numerous publications on Urology issues. He has been a pioneer in introducing surgery on impotence and a complete endourology service in Shawnee. He has held many positions of importance in his scientific society, including the following: Associate Director of Surgery at St. Francis Hospital, Poughkeepsie, Chief of Urology at Julia Butterfield Hospital in Cold Spring, NY, Chairman of the Division of Urology at St. Francis Hospital.

He is a distinct member of numerous scientific societies, having been President of the Medical Society, Founding member of the Oklahoma Lihrotripter Association, President of the Mid-Hudson Valley, N.Y. Urological Society. In addition to this, he currently serves as President of the Dutchess County Medical Society.
