| Dr. Matarasso graduated from the University of Miami School of Medicine. He served his Surgical Internship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine-Montefiore Medical Center. He also performed there his Surgical Residency and his Plastic Surgery Residency. He then served an Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship at the Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital, New York University Medical Center. He is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He has been listed in Who's Who in the World, Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the East (Marquis Who's Who, Macmillan), Men of Achievement, Oxford's Who's Who, and America's Elite 1000 (Cadogan Publications) for 2000 and 2001. He has been chosen to be listed in the prestigious "The Best Doctors in America" and has been included in "Best Doctors in New York" every time that this special issue was published in the last ten years.
