Dr. Narins Rhoda S. - Aesthetic Surgery / Chirurgia Estetica

Dr. Narins is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology. She serves as Associate Clinical Professor of Dermatology at New York University Medical Center. She teaches there advanced dermatologic surgery and is Chief of the Liposuction Surgery Unit. She received her training in Paris under Dr. Yves Illouz and Dr. Pierre Fournier, the doctors who originated this procedure. It's worth saying that she was one of the first doctors to bring liposuction to her country in 1982. Since then she has performed more than 5,000 of liposuction surgery procedures.

Dr. Narins has lectured extensively both in her country and abroad on Dermatologic Surgery issues. In addition she is the author of many books and articles on Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery and Liposuction. She is listed in "Best Doctors in America," Woodward & White "Aesthetic Surgery" and was included as one of the country's leading cosmetic surgeons in Town & Country Magazine, New York Magazine, etc. She has also been included in Vogue, Family Circle, New Woman and Glamour magazines.

Dr. Narins is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, a member of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, where she was on the Board of Directors, and the International Society for Dermatologic Surgery, where she is also a member of the Board of Directors, a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, a Member of the American Society of Liposuction Surgery and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.
