Dr. Rudolph received his M.D. degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. After graduating, he underwent extensive additional training gaining precious specialist experience. He performed his Residency in General Surgery and Vascular Surgery at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He is a Board Certified Surgeon by the American Board of Surgery with Certificate of Added Qualifications in General Vascular Surgery and with Certificate of Added Qualifications in Surgical Critical Care. It's worth saying that Dr Rudolph is also certificated in Advanced Trauma Life Support.

Dr. Rudolph is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and of the International College of Surgeons. He is a also a member of many professional scientific societies, including the following: Michael E. De Bakey International Surgical Society, Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons, West Virginia Medical Society, Parkersburg Academy of Medicine.
